Information
I made this template or jig to hold pens and pencils for engraving. I used the D1 pro 20 watt for the wood cut you can use the S1 or P2 for cut but may have to adjust the power, speed and other setting depending on the wattage of the machine. I also use the F1 you can use the F1 ultra but will have to adjust the settings as well.

Instruction
1
Step1

I sanded the wood then set it up in D1 for cutting and engraving. The settings are included.

2
Step2

After cut on D1 assemble the template or jig you may need some super glue to hold it but it should be secure without it I guess it really depends on how much you use it.

3
Step3

Once the template is assembled it can be used on the F1 to engrave pens or pencils. You will need to set the laser height to the bottom of the wood template. After that you can make the big red box match the inside of the template then the smaller rectangles should be aligned with the pen or pencil. You will need to set the laser height to the pen or pencil you are engraving. You may have to adjust the small rectangles to make them work. I will leave the different settings for the different materials here.
