      I wanted to make a miniature cannon that looks like a civil war canon and can also be functional. I used 1/4" plywood, wood glue, a 6" long 1/2" black pipe nipple with a cap screwed onto one end.

Step1: Create your own miniature canon

Cut pieces out and get ready for assembly.

Lightly glue 2 largest pieces together while also gluing “H” shaped piece into the notch on upper rear.

Slide 2 pieces of axle together with NO GLUE and gently push axle through the hole until the engraved section is centered and hidden.

Slide 2 pieces that look like gears onto the axles to hold it in place. some glue can be used on the pieces after they're in place.

Slide side pieces over the axle while lining up the rear notch

Glue circular piece into front top notches

 Glue wheels and wheel locks onto each side of the axle.
