I designed and laser-engraved this 3D Charizard card, turning a legendary Pokémon into a unique wooden creation for all the fans and collectors out there.
First, you need to cut out and engrave the back of the Pokémon card.
Next, you need to cut and engrave the front of the card onto another piece of basswood.
At this point, after cutting and engraving the back of the card, cutting the front, and engraving the front, we can glue the front and back together and remove the excess wood pieces inside the card’s frame, leaving only the Pokémon and the fire coming out of its mouth. Once they are glued with wood glue, they need to dry for about an hour to get the finished result. Applying a clear varnish to enhance the details is optional.
