A charming ferris wheel with a smooth-rotating axle! The design features a clever little hook trick, perfect for hanging photos, ornaments, or, in this case, a fun dinner selection game. Spin the wheel and let it decide what cuisine you’ll enjoy today! 🍽️😊
Cut the wheels and connecting sticks.
Lay one wheel flat with the design facing down, then begin attaching the sticks to this side.
Next, align the second wheel on top, ensuring all fittings are snug and secure.
The assembly should hold without glue, but if your wood is thinner than 3mm, a bit of glue may be needed for stability.
In Canvas 2, you’ll see three components:
The small circles are smaller than the center hole of the ferris wheel, allowing them to pass through easily. However, the bigger circles are too large to pass through.
Assembly Steps:
On each edge, aim for a “Big Circle – Small Circle – Big Circle” arrangement. This setup ensures that the stand will rest on the small circle, promoting smooth and balanced rotation of the ferris wheel. Refer to the image for reference
Canvas 3 includes two vertical stands and one base.
Throughout the process, double-check the measurements to ensure accuracy. Make sure the ferris wheel can rest securely on the stand for smooth rotation.
In Canvas 4, you’ll find circular rings with small slits and square sheets with circular holes.
Prepare the Rings: Hold a circular ring by the slit and gently insert it into the hole of a square sheet. The ring will act as a hook.
Attach to the Ferris Wheel: Using the same method, carefully expand the ring at the slit and fit it onto the sticks that hold the ferris wheel on both ends.
This technique ensures a secure fit and smooth operation of the wheel.
