Step1: Cut all the things

You need to cut all pieces. I tried to help with the colors - if you want to make a sunflower in the same way, you should use the following colors:

  • dark brown felt for those items, which are marked in black
  • green felt, which are marked with light green
  • yellow felt, which are marked with yellow.

Step2: Let's make the center of thee flower

Add a small line of glue to the brown felt, and start to roll it. Add more glue accordingly, and roll over the full line. Then, start adding the second part in the same way.

Step3: Add the petals

Once you have a nice bud, you can start adding the petals to the flower. Follow the way I I did based on the pictures - one petal at the time, add them next to each others.

I added 3 full layers of these petals to make this flower big enough.

Step4: Add a flower wire

Get a flower wire, and make a ‘knot’ at the end. Glue it to the flower base.

Step5: Add the green base to the bottom.

Get the little starry shape, and make a small hole at the center. Then pull thru the wire.

Add a few glue to the center, and glue it to the flower. You can secure all parts tho the flower

Step6: Add the leaves

You can add the 2 small leaves to the wire. To do it, add a little dot of glue to the bottom of the felt leaves, and a bit to the stalks. Press them gently to the wire.

If you made good work, you have a nice sunflower :) Share, if you made it too :)
