Information
This was my first project with my new xtool. It is designed to be either used standing up or lying down. I will be laying it down in a drawer. Fairly quick and easy project. The plywood isn't exactly 3mm. I've attached a screenshot of the plywood I got from amazon for reference. Feel free to reach out if you want the sketchup file. Any feedback is both welcome and appreciated. Thanks for checking it out.

You will need just over 3 sheets of 12"x12" plywood. I got mine from amazon which claims to be 3mm but it is less, so you may want to adjust the slots. I posted the link to the plywood i purchased from amazon.

The wedged mortise and tenon joints for the dividers help pull in the sides and keep it nice and snug.

You only need to glue the Front, back and Base.

Step2

When making your cuts, you'll need to cut out the canvas that has 3 dividers twice to give you 6. the 7th divider is on another canvas without holes for the wedge for visual reasons if you want to orient the wedges like i did, which is optional. If you want them to all have wedges, you'll need to delete and replace the divider from the first canvas with one from the other canvas.

Step3

During assembly, i found it was easiest to start with the dividers and sides, then front/back and finally the base.

The wedges can be a bit tricky to apply unless do the following:

if you're orienting the wedges like i did, start in the middle and work your way outward.

if you're orienting the wedges all in the same direction, start on one end and work backwards.
