First, I found an amazing and free thanksgiving wreath holiday pic that was for coloring like a coloring book.. I saved it into my computer, and then imported it into the lightburn software.. from there I did trace image and then I saved it into my computer ..
I then pulled it up in the XCS program… in the meantime, I did a white wash for the bass wood. I just use a little water down white acrylic and let it dry. .. I then used the fonts in the XCS program to create my words .. I then made an out line of the wreath and put the words in the center … I saved my project… I deleted the main part of the wreath so that the outline of the wreath was only showing on the screen.. I then engrave the words and cut out the background which was the outline … I then went to open file and opened my saved project and was able to pull the front of the wreath out again , and I was able to cut that part .. and then I glued everything together. I stained the front, and then part of the wreath with alcohol inks. and then I use glitter and UV resin to fill in all those spaces. Heavy on the UV resin,so I had a little bit of dimpling. so go easy with a UV resin.
