  • Create your text and build your design around that
  • I brought in some balloons to put on both sides of the text
  • Select all the objects and create an offset
  • Click on release vector and delete all the inner objects as shown in photo 3

  • Grab your glue and all your cut outs
  • Start gluing on top of the backing 
  • Turn over and apply hot glue and two toothpicks to the back.
