Probably you can make it better ... but I like the design itself, so I thought I will share it - would be nice to see adaptions :)
The first version I made was too light, so I adjusted the engraving settings a bit. You can make it even darker (I would do next time - you'll see it, why).
Use my settings - if you adjust the size, please consider changing the hole of the keychain to make sure that it won't break in use.
Wax it, seal it, paint it; as you wish. I tried different lasur colors this time; for the lighter version it tuned out really bad - so had to fix. I would go with lighter colors next time.
You can add resin or varnish on top, if you want to make it extra secure.
Once it's dried, you can add keyholder, and any other accents; and you are ready to use
Since I made a mistake, I thought I can fix it. I grab a black fine-tip acrylic marker, and paint over the engraving.
It is still not perfect, but came out nicer than before. :)
