Step1: Open in XCS and prep LASER

  • Open the file XCS
  • Size accordingly to your liking
  • Purple = Engrave
  • Red = Cut

Step2: Clean Up

  • Grab some sandpaper and give your project a light sanding to clean off some soot and to make its more smooth

Step3: Assembly

  • Grab some pins and some glue
    • You can use super glue or some UV resin 
    • Here I show a few options for backings. 
  • Feeling more creative?
    • Apply some UV resin to the front to give it a more polished look.
