Step1: Create Frame

Add 2 rectangles size 5x7 and 4x5.

Step2: Type out name and outline
Preview

Type out desired name and then outline name at .120. You will have to angle it to resemble this. it will vary depending on font and length of name

Step3: Combine

with the outline name in front of 4x5 square, select only the 4x5 and name outline and select COMBINE and then Subtract
