I used 3mm Plyboard.

Cut out the designs. These are great for scraps.

I used paint markers to colour them in.

Grab your clips and some strong glue. My favourite is E6000.

Glue them on the back of the smooth side (it will grip in the hair better).

Attach them to a card.
