Step1: Design

  • Create your text!
  • Create an offset of the text as shown in the second photo
  • Select the outline and click release compound vector
  • select the outline again and move it away from the inner pieces that are left
    • delete the inner pieces
  • Click the outline and right click, copy and paste
  • Click on the copy you just made and at the top tool bar click on the triangles
    • select on reflect horizontally
  • Create a small box ad place it over the two objects as shown in the photo
  • Select all three objects and click “unite” at the top

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SETTINGS FOR YOUR MACHINE.

I used the score option here low power and high speed. 

This was a light cardstock I used so I didnt need much power. The heavier the cardstock you may want to slower you speed.

Next grab your craft glue and start assembling your card. 

Folt he card so that the first and the back match up perfectly.
