It is suggested to mask the wood prior to cutting. Masking can be as simple as applying painters or masking tape securely to the wood. This prevents scorching.

Import the file in to XCS. 

The default font is Arial. The images are not locked in order to allow you to modify the font, if desired. Please be aware of the spacing of the point values (the smaller text), if you choose to do so.

Frame the file to ensure proper placement on your laser bed. If all is as expected, select Process, then Start.

After the job completes, remove the masking/painters take from the tiles.

At this point, you may wish to stain or paint the tiles to match your theme.  Allow to dry.
