purple cut with kerf

 

the cut-outs in the base plate are purple
because a kerf was set here
with me it is -0.15
this can vary from laser to laser
but you can easily test this as the base plate is quick and requires little material if it doesn't fit.

insert the two parts one after the other into the base plate
