Leather patch on a cap with floral design

i have created a frame the size of the leather patch
but the inside dimensions
as you can see there is a seam all around and you want to engrave up to the seam at most

either you set the auxiliary line to not laser or you set the power to 1 and the speed to max (e.g. with the D1 this would be an advantage)

i have patches that are only glued on
there are also some that have to be ironed
