Happy Easter ornament with felt decoration

violet is woodcut
green is feltcut
make sure that felt is cut here and that it is easily inflammable 
therefore it is very important that wood and felt have different settings

apply glue to the back of the wood 
I often use express wood glue
but it dries before I'm finished and then it doesn't hold
therefore do not use express glue
i fixed everything with staples afterwards

finally, pull a string through the hole 

you could cut another wooden panel at the end and glue it behind it
but i like the green back
