Step1: Cut it out

Step2: Glue feet

Glue three parts of the feet together each time with some wood glue.

Step3: Glue frame

Glue the thin frame flush with the pattern on the back of the picture, as shown in the illustration

Step4: Glue backplate

Preview
Glue the backplate onto the previously attached frame. Make sure everything is flush.

Step5: Done

Insert the picture from the back and attach the feet.
