This is the steps that can take the most time.  As for the H and the Hawk on this I just purchased a file online since I was on a time crunch.  the NWC logo on the drawing I traced off an image I already had.  

I have run numerous tests to find the right settings that I have wanted for each of these.  You can find many test files online or you can make some on your own.  The settings recommended on Xtool Webpage was very accurate for what I wanted so it made it fairly easy.  

Hopefully everyone is in the habit of running your engraving steps first and cutting steps last.  I have included the settings my machine used for this project. 

Now is for the Cutout step.  Settings are included.  I highly recommend using the honeycomb and air assist for your best cuts.  They can be pricy but you will be happy with your decisions in the end.

Remember to be in a well ventilated area or have an exhaust system set up as this process creates a lot of smoke!!!

After I have it all cut out I like to use a wipe on poly to give it a finished look.  Couple easy sands with some 800 or 1200 grit sandpaper and you are good to go.
