Information
      Valentine's his and hers leather cuffs to have a gift my husband would proudly wear and would embody both feminine and masculine qualities. Each cuff has a half of a heart, similar but different just like the personalities in a couple.  Also I wanted my first project on my new M1 to be something special.

Preview

I used a bamboo wood as a base, taped the leather with paper tape all over the leather to prevent burning the edges too much and also to keep it in place for fine detailing. Settings took me a while to find for genuine leather to use the laser cutter and I found that power 100 and speed 10 works perfectly for a clean 1 pass cut. The leather was about 1.4 mm but I used the auto measure for this.
