Step1: Preparation

  1. Open the file in xTool Creative Space. 
  2. Place the wood on top of the honeycomb. Secure with tape, so that nothing moves. 
  3. Choose your preferred settings (3mm Plywood or 4mm Plywood)

 

Note: If you opened the XCS file, all settings are already set-up for use with the S1 40w. You can also scale it up or down if you need other dimensions for your heater.

Step2: Cut it

  1. Start your machine and experience the wonder of modern technology ;-)

Step3: Glue it together

Glue it together flush and let it dry properly with a little bit of wood glue.

Step4: Optional

You can sand it down to remove the smell and scorch marks. Then, spray it with waterproof clear varnish and now you can even hang damp towels on it.

Step5: Snap it in and done

With a little bit of force at the bottom of the hanger, you can easily snap it in, as shown in picture one
