Valentines Tumbler With Hearts

This is an xTool selected tumbler with a Valentine’s Day theme, covered in hearts featuring different phrases.
One of my favorite things about XCS is its versatility you can create almost anything in the software! For this project, I chose a font I liked and added various sayings to the hearts. Then, I used the premade heart icon and created an outline around it to form the heart shape. Afterward, I designed a grid of squares to fit the tumbler and individually placed each heart with different sayings. Once everything was arranged, the design was complete!
The first step is to remove the handle of the tumbler. This is easy to do using the included screwdriver that comes with xTool-selected tumblers.
Next, you will need to bend the tabs of the tumbler to ensure it fits properly in the laser for a full wrap. I used a pair of pliers to bend them slightly. Be careful not to overdo it, as excessive bending could cause the tabs to break.
Now it’s time to laser the tumbler. The settings provided are for the xTool iridescent tumbler, but you can use the Easy Set library to find the optimal settings for any xTool tumbler or a different laser. Don’t forget to wear your laser safety glasses, and you should be good to go! I had to run this design twice, so you might need to do the same.
