Step1: Files

Open the “.xcs” file in xTool Creative Space. There is a single workspace with three example titles and three unlabeled markers.


Alternatively there is a “.svg” file available as well, representing only the “Basic Shapes” workspace.

Step2: Laser cut

Make sure to adjust your cutting settings based on the material used.

For my 20W M1 Ultra in combination with 4mm poplar plywood, I used a power setting of 85 and a speed of 5.

Step3: Engrave

You might want to create your own labels and use the cover image as an inspiration.

Tipp: Engraving  text sometimes looks washed out. To make it pop, you can simply add a text outline to highlight the border and make it more readable.
