Start by inserting the panda image and click on outline and set it to zero, so the outline matches the image exactly.
Insert a circle and make it small so it will fit right under the top of the hat. That circle will be a cut out, to attach a metal ring later,
Insert another circle and stretch it, so it kind of has the shape of a feather.
Move the image aside, so you will see only the cut lines
Right click on the feather shape circle and copy and paste 10 of them and place them around the panda outline.
Click combine and unite.

Now you will have the outline of the feathers and panda image
Place the panda image back in the outlines. You can use the arrow keys on the keyboard to be more exact.
However over the words and click on outline
Insert 2 circles and place them on the bottom where the panda feet are. Make sure it is attached to those
feet/lines and click combine then unite.
Place the words exactly under the circles, so you can see where to put the circles on the top of the words
Insert 2 circles and place them on top of the words. Click combine and unite, that will create the outer circle
Insert another smaller circle and put it in to the 2 circles, so it can create the holes for the rings.
Set the settings for engraving and move the image back in place. Then set settings for engraving the words,
Then set settings for the cut, Don't forget to set the cut settings for the small holes.
Once all settings are done , you are ready to engrave and cut.
I used sharpie pens to color the hat and feathers, but you can also use acrylic paint.
Attache the hoop rings and used a cord for hanging
