I got an acacia wood charcuterie board for 40% off at Hobby Lobby. I downloaded the image from Adobe Stock and moved it to XCS. Engrave-75% Power, 85 Speed, 100 Sharpness, 120 lines per cm, Grayscale Bitmap.
Measure work space as described by Xtool s1 requirments
Ensure the downloaded file fits within the desired workspace
Adjust settings to Engrave, Power-75%, Speed-85mm/s, Sharpness- 100, Grayscale Bitmap, 120 lines per/cm
Click the Process Button on XCS, Frame, and Start
Lightly Sand with between 180 and 220 grit sandpaper then Wash with warm water and soap. Fibers will be raised on the board.
Lightly sand again, lightly wet is ok, wash again with soap and warm water
Add a light coat of food-safe mineral oil, I used Caron & Doucet Cutting Board oil as shown in the picture.
