Newbie attempt at Clients favorite Band Logo

       Hello Xtoolers! sorry for painted fingers lol. client loves this band and this image is from an album cover. I am very new at laser operation and outcomes. so I am always open for constructive criticism, tips, suggestions etc. from veteran engravers. I love engraved glass!  and wanted to try it on drinking and all table ware glass. As you see the engraving is chippy and not smooth as i like it, after scraping the fractured glass this is the result. I  not happy with end result( I normally hand engrave with a foredom drill) Please please share your knowledge with me! Thank you in advance for your time Good Day to all!
