Information

My Version of the Lord's Prayer with different emphasis on important words referring to God.
I also scored the parts of the words not cut so as to make it easier to read.
I use an x-tool P2 but this could be cut with most laser machines.

Step1: Single Layer Cross

The Lord's Prayer Crosses (Matthew 6:9) instruction: step 1 - Single Layer Cross

Make sure your timber is fixed firmly on your laser bed

Do  the Engraving and the Scoring first.

Wipe the soot of with a damp cloth

Now use masking tape on the parts to be cut making sure not to move the timber.

Now cut the pieces out.

You do not have to use masking tape but you get a much cleaner result.

Be careful when removing cut pieces. Best to lay down on a rubber backing (like a mouse mat) and then firmly push out the pieces.

Place the joined pieces into the bases.

My Cross tightly fitted the base pieces so I didn't need to glue. If yours is a little loose add some glue.
