This hanger is made from 5mm and all parts are glued together with PVA glue. All parts can fit on a single 256mm x 380mm size of plywood and be worked by an M1 laser all in one session. I had the material set to 3mm walnut plywood in the pre-sets but I used 5mm red oak plywood. Material thickness was manually selected at 5mm. Air Assist was up full blast. I was able to cut through in one pass. This was measured and made for a full sized Yamaha FGX800C acoustic guitar. But it should work for most guitar necks I believe. edit: I have now included a cut file for those who are using 3/16" thickness plywood
Load 5mm plywood onto workspace and cut out all parts.
Glue parts together. I glued parts up in similar pairs first then assembled all parts. The last piece to put on is the which you need to just line up as flush as possible.
After all parts were in place I ‘clamped’ it together by wrapping painters tape around it in a few spots.
Remove tape and sand any glue off. Spray with clear coat or your favourite finish.
