This project is as simple as it gets. 
Perform Print by swapping your module to inkjet with Intensity 60, Passes 2
Once done, change to laser module - make sure to ignore the image and perform the scoring and cut with the provided settings.

Sharing some details on how i generated the image to achieve the scoring details:
Shared an image to show i created the pattern. 
Used Trace and played with Fuzziness and Denoising to achieve the lines. Once i found what i desired - i proceeded with the scoring. 
Scoring completely changes the details on these flowers
