This board should be about 15 inches long, 4 9/16 inches tall (for display) Cut or purchase as This size, or a scaled equivalent. 

This file may not be exactly as you want it. Modify to fit your liking in any way you want.

There should be some room on all sides for the file. Frame to put it in the right spot.

Paint it green and red, or any other color, or don’t! This can come last too. I decide to not pain mine, at least not yet.

Once aligned, you can now process at the provided speed and power. With D1 Pro 10W, use 90% power, 200 mm/s 100 lines per centimeter, and 90% power and 20 mm/s for score.
