The Base designed for this will fit xTool's 3mm Basswood Plywood.
Basically the Sheet's thickness and the cut on the base are a perfect match
I have used so many Xtool's 3mm basswood Plywood sheets and this configuration always fits.
Process: Tried many different thickness of the base to find a one that fits this sheet perfectly

Image Source: I manually had to modify the image a bit to remove the green background from the mascot.
If you are using Xtool's 3mm Basswood Plywood - The cutout should be a perfect fit with the base.
I used masking technique to have Little D's design on the base stand
I used 75 intensity with 2 passes - which feels a bit intense - but you are free to modify the settings
Note: Please make sure when you are increasing/decreasing the size of the base - you dont mess up the thickness of the cut (slit) on the base.
