  1. This project starts with 2 different sized octagons with slots sized to fit the 3mm material on each point.
  2. With these set small narrow rectangles are sized to make the height and to add support to the frame.
  3. When the frame is assembled a measurement is taken for each tapered panel to go on each of the 8 sides.
  4. A door and a couple windows are placed on to the first 3 panels.
  5. These are duplicated and borders are created as well.
  6. These are glued to have the door and windows have a 2 layer effect.
  7. The glass top also has a cage the goes over the top and are cut from the same material.
  8. A lid is created to fit the glass dome so it can't move once the cage is glued in place.
  9. Now all 8 panels are engraved with a stone texture including the front 3 panels that have the door and windows.
  10. Once they are all engraved and cut they are glued to the frame.
  11. When all assembled the light house is ready to be enjoyed.
