Import the design file, verify the size and start cutting.

Assemble the acrylic pieces together.

Use glue to install the circular dial. Note that the hole in the middle of the base should be aligned with the hole on the back.

 

The hole is where you place the shaft, which carrys the timepiece’s hands.

 

Then insert the hour and minute hands into the shaft

Insert the washer and tighten but not excessively

Insert the assembled hand part into the holes of the round dial.

STEP 6

 

Flip the clock to the back and insert a washer on the dial to prevent the hands from falling.

Note

  1. The colors and dial materials used to make the clock can be replaced according to your preference. You might need to adjust the settings.
  2. If you use a D1 or M1 machine, please note that 3mm white, blue, and some other acrylics cannot be cut. Please replace the materials if you cannot cut the acrylic.
