Import the XCS file into the software and confirm the dimensions, processing positions, and processing modes. Note: The file in this case uses 3-mm and 5-mm grey acrylic. If the type and thickness of the material you choose are different, please adjust the laser processing parameters and the file size according to the actual material.
Place the acrylic in the processing area and make sure the material is flat. Then use laser cutting and perform layout processing according to the actual situation of the material. Note: The processing parameters marked here are the officially recommended parameters for 3-mm and 5-mm acrylic. If you prefer different effects, please adjust them manually.
Assemble the cut acrylic parts with the magnets, and fix them with acrylic glue.
After waiting for the glue to solidify, use acrylic paint to fill and color the patterned parts.
