Information
Super simple and inexpensive Christmas gift! The bamboo wood gives the design a unique engrave with varying shades but the design can be used on any material.
Instruction

Step1: Get Material
You can use whatever material you'd like but I purchased these (https://amzn.to/49NryB4).

Step2: Place material in laser
I find it helpful to place it near the top (where the camera is most accurate) and if the board is large enough/the design allows I place the board directly on the wall to help with making sure the board is straight.

Step3: Set up XCS
Open project in XCS. Settings should be all set but you will need to auto measure, refresh the camera, and set the design location.

Step4: Double Check
Make sure to frame before engraving!

Step5: Final Steps
After you are confident with your framing push start and wait for the engraving to complete. Do not touch the board. As wood varies the shade of the engraving will be unique. You can run the engrave again if you want a darker shade.
