Etched painted tile in custom etched acrylic frame

Information

      In an effort to make my etched tiles more consumer appealing, I wanted to put them in frames.  However, given the subject matter, a regular store bought frame just wouldn’t do.  Using Xart, I was able to make these frames from 3mm etched black acrylic.  I wanted to design and produce frames that complimented the piece or incorporated the piece into one piece of art.
