The project is sized to be ten inches wide and seventeen inches tall.

Cut Time: 10 minutes

The bottom piece is painted with black rolled-on acrylic paint, and I used red, white, and lime green for the other pieces.

I finished it with a sprayed coat of gloss clear acrylic paint to make it shiny. 

I used thick black yarn as a hanger and some fuzzy green material to make bows. (Amazon)
