Step1: Download template or design your vector

Either download my existing vector template or make your own vector.

My template includes two different watch designs. You can duplicate which ever one works best. Or use your own.

To use your own:

Put your watch band into your M1 and take an image. Once your image is located select the vector icon. You are going to want to click around the item, once you reach where you started it will connect the piece and then you have your template image.

If you plan to make addition bands, I recommend saving your vector image as a template.

Step2: Pick a design

Find an image you like and input it into the creative space. You will then want to overlap your vector with the design.

If it is one simple image you can just center it like I do here.

Step3: Complicated image

If you want the entire band to have a design. Upload a pattern or image you like, as a PNG.

Once the image is uploaded- hit edit image and trace image

Delete the initial image, keep the trace

Put the trace in the exact spot over the band of the items you want to keep on the band.

Select both the image and the vector band shape.

Select combined

Select unite at overlap

Step4: Cut Design

Cut your design with the following setting:

If doing an easy image where you want the fill to be removed:

Engrave: 75 power, 60 speed, 3 pass

If you have doing the complicated designed, you will only be doing an outline

Score: 75 power, 60 speed, 3 pass

Step5: Wash band

You will need to wash the band after. I recommend using a toothpaste and soap. You will need to get into the fine lines.
