Cut and score material as listed above.  Make sure it cut all the way through before moving pieces.

Paint or stain as desired and let dry.  Be sure to do both sides of each snowman piece.  You may need to sand or clean wood if leaving natural.  I used a dark walnut stain for one layer and a weathered gray stain for another layer.  I left the middle layer and the stand as natural wood. 

Glue and clamp together the 3 snowman layers and the 3 base layers.  Let it completely dry.  Spray with a clear protective coat if desired and let dry.  Put snowman in base and you're done!
