  1. With this project the IR module is used to engrave
  2. In order to line up the dog tag in the machine a shape the exact same as the dog tag is scored onto a piece of acrylic
  3. This scored mark will be where you place the dog tag to engrave
  4. Once the dog tag is in place the auto measure is taken on top of the dog tag.
  5. With the image there needs to be a mask created for the image to match the shape of the dog tag
  6. This is a simple procedure by copy and pasting the first scored shape and place it over the image 
  7. By highlighting both together a mask can be create. 
  8. Then before finalizing it adjust the shape and image to the desired look.
  9. Once this is done the setting to be engraved are adjusted and the project can be sent to be processed. Once the engraving is done the image is ready to be enjoyed.
