Step1: Fixture For accuracy

This project needs a fixture on the work bed for 100% accuracy
The reason is the engraving is exactly around the ridge of the coin
In order to achieve this the image was made into a mask the exact size of the dia. of the ridge on the coin
To place the engraving the pin point system was used by cutting a hole the size of the coin
Then a square is scored around this hole for aligning when the modules are changed.
20w module to score and cut the hole and the IR module for engraving
Once the fixture is set the engraving is sent to be processed.
Now the coin has the engraving exactly where it needs to be and more than one can be done by saving the file.
