2. Go to Files -→ open project
3. select Xmas Ball - 02.xcs in your drive
Place your piece in the center of the cutting board.
Click on the distance button to measure the focus.
Click on Mark processing area area button
Select the type of cutting surface. If you're using parquet planks, this will certainly be the rectangle. click on “Start making”
Move the pointer to the first point, then press the laser button. Do the same with the second point.
At the end, don't forget to click on the “End making” button. If you don't, you'll have to start again (I often do).
Your zone is shown at the top of the window (yellow frame).
To close the operation, simply click on “Done”.
The cutting area appears on your canvas. Now copy your favorite coasters into it.

Click on the process button at the bottom of the application.
The application shows you a preview of the job and calculates how long it will take to complete.
Click on “Start” to send the commands to the laser.
It's done, remove piece and glue ….
Glue all parts together
Hide your gift (money, message, credit card, …) in your bauble and attach it to your Christmas tree.
