I turned an image of a Santa that was generated using xTool's xArt into a shelf sitter. You can find more of my laser design files here: www.supervectorgirl.com
Open xTool Creative Space and click xArt on the left side. Type in a prompt, I typed “Cute character sticker, vector, vibrant colors, cute santa, black outline, white background." The first two generated images were kind of silly, and I couldn't use them. Luckily, the 3rd image was good enough for me to use.
Open the file into XSC and laser cut it. I used the honeycomb, because there are a lot of small pieces, and I want to keep them in an organized manner for easy assembly later.
I used 3mm baltic birch plywood for the wood. If you use another thickness, you will need to adjust the slots in the stand. If you resize the file, you will also need to adjust the slots.
You are finished. I hope you enjoyed making this with me. Please give this project a thumbs up/like after downloading!
