Information

      For the holiday season to display snacks for guests, this engraved serving platter will fit right in.

From the AImake program a stained glass Santa is asked
This produced an image that would fit the serving tray nicely
Once the image is in the software measurements of the tray are taken
With these measurements a rectangle with radius corners are made to match
Then a mask over the image is created so the entire surface of the tray is engraved
Once in the machine the pin point system makes a mark o match the tray
In the software the image is moved to match the marking
The next thing is to set the power and speed for the engraving and once this is set it is sent to be processed.
When finished the surface is wiped with beeswax to protection
The serving tray is ready to be enjoyed.
