Information

This is a custom laser-cut Vintage Santa design. To create it, you'll need two sheets of wood and some paint for finishing. The outline was initially generated using AI tools like Aimake, and I made manual adjustments using a vector editing tool to perfect the design.

There are two basswood sheets to work with. One will serve as the backplate, while the other will be the piece you paint. Make sure to wear laser safety glasses during the cutting process.

It's time to paint the Santa! You can use any colors you prefer, but the example above shows the colors I chose for my Santa design. Feel free to get creative

Step3: Glue

Now, it's time to glue your Santa. This step should only take a moment. I highly recommend starting with the outer layer, then carefully fitting and securing the rest of the pieces in place.
