create a circle in affinity
hover over the circle with the texttool selected
then a symbol with a wave appears
click on it and the circle is the template for the curved text
repeat the same with the second word
with the two corners in red and green you can move the course of the text 

the photo clearly shows all the shapes
the gift consists almost exclusively of rectangles
thick and thin
adjust them all so that the shape of the gift fits
for the loop on top i used the path tool
 

before you export the shapes to xcs 
you still have to convert all the things into curves

cut everything out 
place the foil on the sweater
use a heatpress or an iron
