[Style] Emblem [Prompt] trading cards and mint candies in vibrant color, Van Gogh style
Cut out the Project file using included settings out of basswood. Watch carefully, as there are several fine details that can cause burning.
Carefully decide which areas you deem to be negative space (the colorful spaces you'll fill in with Gallery Glass paint in a few steps). You can keep as much positive space as you'd like, but more negative space will allow for a more stained glass effect.
Using Acrylic paint of your color choice, paint over front and back side of the positive space you kept in previous step. This will serve as the outline of the finished product.
Using a craft adhesive (I used Weld Bond) glue a square piece of acetate to the backside of the print. The excess will be cut away in the next step.
Once the adhesive has dried completely, cut away the excess acetate just along the outside using an Exacto or similar knife. Leave the acetate intact in the center to hold the Gallery Glass paint. Touch up any knicks in the paint from this step
Now, fill in the negative space with Plaid (or similar brand) Gallery Glass paint in the colors of your choosing. I attached a picture with my filled in Van Gogh and the colors I used.
Allow the Gallery Glass paint to dry and then display as you please! Enjoy!
