The 1st operation consists of cutting out the 48 puzzle pieces.
You can use an old, dry toothbrush to brush the engraved puzzle pieces, to remove the ash caused by cutting and engraving, and to keep them clean.
Briefly run very fine emery cloth or sandpaper over and around the edge of each puzzle piece, to remove splinters and make it easier to fit the puzzle pieces together.

Vous pouvez utiliser une vieille brosse à dent sèche pour brosser les pièces du puzzle gravées, afin de retirer la cendre due à la découpe et au gravage pour ne pas salir.

You can either cut a complete rectangular frame or cut 4 rods at 45° angles.
This frame or these 4 rods should be glued to the engraved background of the puzzle to secure the puzzle pieces.

Vous pouvez soit découper un cadre rectangulaire complet ou découper 4 baguettes à angle de 45°.
Ce cadre ou ces 4 baguettes devront être collées sur le fond gravé du puzzle pour caler les pièces du puzzle.
You can engrave an artist's dedication on the back of the puzzle.
