3 layer halloween coffin.

From the original xtool design files 1 coffin was chosen it was set to be three different sheets of material, 1 white painted sheet 1 orange painted sheet and finally 1 black cast acrylic. With the settings set all of it was sent to the laser machine to be cut. The 2 pieces of wood were pre-painted and dried prior to being in the machine.

Once the 3 different pieces are ready they are glued together with orange being the back next is the white layer then the top layer of the black acrylic to finish off the look and depth of the scary Halloween coffin.
