Intrigue Your friend and customer with an old style ammo box, since in Italian the motto "Mightier than the sword" it says "It kills more the pen than the sword", it can be a very interesting gift to add!

Step1: Customize Your box
This project it's intended to be fully customizable, from the write on the front, to the one on the top cover and inner cover, so now it's up to You to sparkle with imagination!
Please feel totally free to remove my logo from the inner cover, it's only for the template purpose
Step2: Let's cut everything!
Time to engrave and cut!
I used the settings of pwr40 and 250spd for the engrave on 3mm basswood and cutting at pwr85 and 12spd for cutting, but it's the best to run a grid test and find Your settings!

Step3: It's glue time
Now it's time to put all the pieces together!
The top lid cover must be glued to the inner lid(the one with the logo, pls refer to the picture) counting a frame of 3mm for side so it will close perfectly inside the top of the box.
Assembly the rest of the box and when the glue it's dry start to add the mini wooden plank, the small in pair to the front, following the intersection of the wood, and the bigger ones on top and bottom, same way!
